Scottish Charity Awards

****IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ****

Good afternoon to you all , I have a very exciting announcement to make. Autism Rocks (Fife) have been nominated into the finals of the big Scottish Charity awards 2018 . To say I'm honoured is an understatement . To be recognised in this way is absolutely amazing. We are finalists in the Celebrating Communities category.

Now this is where you all come in to help give up that extra push to hopefully win this one.

Below is a link to our award nomination site , which we really need you to vote on, there are two separate tabs you can use when you are on the site , one to vote , and one to vote and leave a review. It would be great if you could all vote and leave a review. This would give us a better chance of being chosen. You can also vote for us for the peoples choice award too. This opportunity for us is amazing and I hope you all can show your support by casting your votes and sharing the link to get friends and family to do the same. Your support would be greatly appreciated on this

FAVVO Donation

We would like to say a massive thank you for the following donation.

A donation of £900 was made to Autism Rocks (Fife) by the Fife Association of Vintage Vehicle Owners (F.A.V.V.O.). F.A.V.V.O. hold an annual event, during August, for the showing of vintage vehicles, near Ladybank.. They then use the money that they make, to support local charities. This donation was made in memory of one of their member, Brian Sheerins, who sadly passed away in April last year.

When Brian's family were asked to nominate a local charity to receive the gift from F.A.V.V.O., they recommended Autism Rocks (Fife) as a worthy cause. Brian was very close to his grandson who has ASD, so it was felt that this is something that he would have supported. Brian's wife and daughter presented the cheque to Liza Quin on behalf of F.A.V.V.O. during Autism Awareness Week.

This donation will be used to maintain our sensory garden for the summer. Re painting. planting and improving what we have. Many thanks for the support. It means so so much .
